The Best Care CNA program comprises a total of 90 hours of training: 50 hours of lecture and 40 hours of supervised clinical activities at a nursing home. Best Care offers morning sessions Monday thru Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm. Evening sessions are offered Monday thru Thursday from 5 pm to 10 pm. Weekend sessions or offered Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 3 pm. Weekday sessions last six weeks while weekend sessions run up to eight weeks. The total cost of the program is $912.     Call a few nursing homes around where you stay and talk to them, they will be in a good position to help you get free cna classes.

    i am a cna ,but i need to be certified inh new jersey . i have been a cna over 20 years , i have worked in maryland for 16 years in hospitals and nursing homes, but i would like to move to new jersey but was told i need to be certified in jersey , can anybody help me?

    Hi Leanne. You can apply for reciprocity to transfer your current active certificate from Maryland to New Jersey, you will need to contact the Dept for health and senior services for the approval documents. you can get more details here: CNA Certification transfer to New Jersey
