Eastern Iowa Community College is a good place to do your certification course as they have a very good pass rate and highly qualified tutors. The cost of the program is $375 which includes the mandatory 75 hours of course time. After you finish the course there is a $120 charge for the exams. Before you start your course with them you must be sixteen years of age or more, a minimum of 6th grade English level and be able to read and write in proper English.
